1.1 Crewbrain Preparation Create Sync User

1. First name: e
2. Last name: sync
3. Create an email address for the user
4. Go to "Access and settings"

1.2 Crewbrain Preparation Sync User Details

1. Assign login name: "e.sync"
2. Assign user "Access with the following user groups"
3. Set user as "Administrator"
4. Save
5. Log in and out once as user "e.sync"

2.1. Download and start

1. Please download and open the .exe by double-clicking

2. Click on "Next"

2.2. Installation location

1. Click on "Next" (adjust the installation location if necessary)

2.3. Errors

If an error message appears, check whether all "Technical Preparations" have been fulfilled

2.4. Database settings

1. Easyjob database server:
Enter IP address
Enter database name
Enter username
Enter password

2. Click "Check connection": If "Connection to database ... OK" and "Check database ... OK" appear, go to step 3, otherwise check the data entered in step 1.

3. Enter Crewbrain login parameters:
Full URL
Username: e.sync
Password

4. Click "Test connection with Crewbrain"

5. If the Crewbrain login data is correct, the "Connection with Crewbrain successful" field appears; if not, check Crewbrain login data

6. Click "Next"

3.01 General sync settings

1. Do not change
2. Set default language
3. Synchronize employees and vehicles with location to Crewbrain
